The HM5010 Transformer Winding Deformation Tester is designed to test power transformers rated at 6 kV and above, as well as other transformers for special applications. During operation or transportation, power transformers are inevitably subjected to impacts from various fault short-circuit currents or physical collisions. Under the powerful electrodynamic forces generated by short-circuit currents, transformer windings may lose stability, leading to permanent deformations such as local twisting, bulging, or displacement, which can seriously compromise the safe operation of the transformer. In accordance with the national power industry standard DL/T911-2016 and the international standard IEC 60076-18, the frequency response analysis method is used to measure transformer winding deformation. This method involves detecting the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each transformer winding and conducting longitudinal or transverse comparisons of the test results. Based on the degree of change in these amplitude-frequency response characteristics, the potential deformation of the transformer windings is assessed.

• The software is highly automated; once input and output signals are connected, all measurement tasks can be completed with a single button press.

• The software interface is simple and intuitive. Menus for analysis, storage, report export, and printing only appear automatically after the current step is completed, making the process even more convenient.
