Nanjing Client Delegation Visits Goldhome for In-Depth Inspection of High-Voltage Partial Discharge-Free Series Resonance Test System
Recently, a delegation of representatives from Nanjing's power industry visited Goldhome for an inspection tour. The company's General Manager, accompanied by the technical team, warmly received the visitors from afar and escorted them through the production workshops, R&D centre, and high-voltage testing hall. During the visit, Goldhome's independently developed high-voltage partial discharge-free series resonant test system became the focal point of the clients' attention throughout the tour. Both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions regarding the product's technical principles, operational procedures, and application scenarios.

Within the product exhibition hall and high-voltage testing hall, the delegation focused their attention on the high-voltage partial discharge-free series resonant test system-a premium testing apparatus designed for partial discharge detection and power frequency withstand voltage testing of high-voltage electrical equipment including transformers, GIS, cables, and instrument transformers.
The delegation first conducted a meticulous examination of the system's external components. The complete setup comprises a partial discharge-free frequency converter, a partial discharge-free excitation transformer, a partial discharge-free reactor assembly, and a partial discharge-free capacitive voltage divider. The reactors feature epoxy resin insulated cylinders encased in non-magnetic aluminium alloy housings, presenting a smooth, refined surface with a compact structure. A technical engineer explained: 'This design effectively mitigates eddy current losses and heat generation in ferromagnetic materials under strong magnetic fields, while reducing potential electromagnetic interference.' Clients scrutinised the connection interfaces, nameplate specifications, and grounding terminals of each module, expressing appreciation for the product's aesthetic craftsmanship and structural design.

The variable-frequency power supply control cabinet features a large touchscreen LCD display with a clearly laid-out interface and tactile operation buttons. The technical lead of the client delegation paid particular attention to the interface configuration at the rear of the control cabinet. The engineer explained: 'Fibre optic communication interfaces are employed here, achieving complete electrical isolation between the high-voltage side and the low-voltage control side. This significantly enhances interference resistance and fundamentally safeguards operator safety.'
As a National High-Tech Enterprise, Goldhome has specialised in high-voltage testing since its establishment in 2008. Its production facilities span over 10,000 square metres, with the company holding more than 45 patented technologies and over 10 software copyrights. The company has evolved into a nationally renowned manufacturer of high-voltage power testing equipment and provider of testing services. Within the field of partial discharge-free series resonance technology, its products are extensively deployed in major domestic and international projects. Certain products achieve industry-leading performance, with controllable partial discharge levels below 1 pC.
