Product Overview & Applications

The 80kV ultra-low frequency device employs digital frequency conversion technology and microcontroller control to achieve fully automated functions including voltage boosting, voltage reduction, measurement, and protection. Featuring a fully electronic design, it is compact and lightweight. Equipped with a large-size color touchscreen, it offers clear and intuitive displays, convenient operation, and real-time output waveform visualization.
Key Features & Advantages
1.The 80kV ultra-low-frequency equipment employs a series configuration (two boosters connected in series), significantly reducing overall weight while enhancing load-bearing capacity. Both boosters can also be used independently.
2. Current and voltage data are sampled directly from the high-voltage side, ensuring data accuracy.
3. Intelligent integrated protection: No manual setting of current/voltage protection thresholds is required. The instrument automatically calculates overvoltage and overcurrent protection values based on the sampled capacitance and test voltage. It also features protection against voltage/current transients, effectively detecting discharge events. Protection response time is less than 20ms.
4.Utilizes a 150kV high-voltage line output for safe and reliable operation.
5. Employs a closed-loop negative feedback control circuit, eliminating capacitive voltage boost effects in the output.
6. Newly added DC, dielectric loss, and partial discharge testing capabilities enable simultaneous measurement of the test specimen's dielectric loss, capacitance, insulation resistance, and partial discharge parameters during withstand voltage testing.
