Products Features
The device employs an optimized Marx circuit design with low inductance and incorporates band-rejection filtering. It delivers stable standard lightning impulse waves under high-capacitance loads, achieving a high voltage utilization factor with lightning wave efficiency no less than 85%. The standard lightning impulse voltage waveform is 1.230%s /5020%s with 3% amplitude, and oscillations at the peak do not exceed 5% of the amplitude. Standard lightning impulse operating voltage wave: 250V for 20%s / 2500V for 60%s. Fully compliant with IEC and GB/T 16927.1 standards.
The main equipment is a 6-level unit configured as a combined tower structure. It employs a bilaterally symmetrical charging method with thyristor constant-current voltage regulation, enabling continuous adjustment from zero to the set voltage. The charging power supply automatically shuts off during ignition discharge. The main body features a 6-level tower structure with insulating pillars. Each level incorporates one MWF100-2.0 iron-cased oil-immersed pulse capacitor mounted externally on steel brackets. Epoxy glass cloth panels connect the steel frames, forming an integrated assembly. Four epoxy tubes support the assemblies, totaling six levels.

This equipment incorporates a constant-current charging automatic control system, featuring high automation and strong anti-interference capability. The amplitude adjustment error is less than 1%, enabling precise setting and intelligent control of charging voltage and time. The synchronous misoperation rate is below 1%, ensuring accurate and reliable test data. Featuring convenient waveform adjustment and simple operation, it supports multiple waveform outputs including standard lightning impulse full-wave and truncated waveforms. Truncation dispersion is less than 100ns, making it widely applicable for insulation performance testing of high-voltage equipment such as transformers, GIS assemblies, and insulators.
The YMT-7721 Computer Measurement and Control System comprises a computer, Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC), intelligent constant-current charging device, ignition pulse amplifier, PLC operation control cabinet, and digital oscilloscope. Communication with the PLC is achieved via optical transmission. Utilizing industrial control software, the system is programmed with an operator-friendly control interface. System operating parameters and measurement results are displayed in real-time as digital values on the computer interface.
