The unit shipped is a 6000kVA, 600kV partial discharge-free variable-frequency series resonant test system. Comprising core components such as a variable-frequency control power supply, excitation transformer, high-voltage reactor, and capacitive voltage divider, this system was custom-developed to meet the stringent requirements of AC withstand voltage testing for large-scale power equipment. Upon delivery, the equipment will be deployed at the customer's site to perform AC withstand voltage and partial discharge tests on critical equipment such as GIS switchgear, ultra-high-voltage transformers, long-distance cross-linked cables, and high-capacity generators. It will effectively verify the insulation quality and installation工艺 of the equipment, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power system.
In terms of technical design, Goldhome has fully incorporated partial discharge-free technology into this unit-by optimizing insulation materials and shielding structures, the unit's own partial discharge levels are kept to a minimum, effectively preventing interference with the actual test results of the equipment under test.
